These terms apply to every purchase on fundraisingnet.com, including payments made on our Pay page. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to them. "We" means Signature Fundraising.

Ordering and payment

• Your card is charged the full total shown at checkout when you click Pay Now.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
• Orders can only be placed while the fundraiser is open.
• Your purchase is credited to the seller you chose at checkout. Please make sure you choose the right seller.

Products

• Food products are made by various manufacturers. Check the product label for ingredients and allergens before eating.
• If an item is unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Shipping

• We ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories.
• Depending on the fundraiser, your order is either shipped to you (Ground Shipping) or shipped to the school or group and delivered to you by the seller (Ship to School).
• Ground Shipping orders generally ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier.
• Chocolate and other temperature-sensitive items can generally only be shipped to the school or group, to prevent melting in transit.

Your shipping address

• We ship to the address you enter. Please check it before you pay.
• If an order is delivered to, or returned from, an incorrect address you entered, it is not eligible for a refund. We may reship it after you pay the reshipping cost. If returned items are melted or damaged, you may need to purchase them again.
• Once the carrier marks a package delivered, we are not responsible if it is lost or stolen.

Ship to School orders

• Ship to School orders ship after the fundraiser ends, together with the group's other orders. Delivery timing depends on when the group submits its final orders to us and when it wants delivery. We generally ship within 2–3 weeks of receiving the group's final orders, but it may take longer depending on the group's schedule.
• Ship to School orders are delivered to the school or group, which hands them out through its sellers. We are not responsible for items after they are delivered to the group.
• Report any problem with a Ship to School order to the school or group. The group submits all issues with its orders to us.

Refunds and returns

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
• If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email orders@fundraisingnet.com within 3 days of receiving it. Include your order number. We may ask you to send the item back. After 3 days we cannot make adjustments or resend product.
• The processing fee is not refundable.

Refunded or cancelled orders

• If an order or item is refunded, cancelled or its payment is reversed, the seller and group do not receive credit for that sale.

Limit of liability

• Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
