If you placed the order to ship to your home and it has any chocolate or chocolate covered items on it then during warmer months the order must be held until cooler weather so that the chocolate does not melt in transit. Orders going to northern states will generally receive the order around the middle of October while southern states will receive their orders closer to the end of October to mid November. This can fluctuate depending on weather patterns. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Once the sale ends the school will collect any forms from students and submit them to us for processing. This can take anywhere from a day to several weeks depending on the the school, and is completely out of our control. Once they are submitted to us we are generally able to ship out the orders to the school within 2 weeks.

On most ship-to-home orders we ship within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that during warmer months we may hold orders that contain chocolate until cooler weather so that it does not melt in transit. Please see the 1st FAQ for more info.

The leader or sponsor of your sale will have a 6 digit group ID which you can use to register an account using the "Seller Registration" button at the top of the page.

Once you register with your group ID, you will be taken to your dashboard which shows your unique seller ID. Additionally the seller ID will be emailed to you after registration.

We do accept any returns. If there is an issue with your order please let us know through the Contact Us page.
